After extraction the following four sub directories are to be found in the main directory: 'input', output', 'prog ' and 'setup'. You start the setup procedure with double mouse click on the file 'setup.exe' in the sub directory 'setup '. Close all other Windows programmes before setup. You should install the programme in the main directory 'CoTrix'.
