VBReFormer is a VB decompiler for applications written in Visual Basic 5 and 6: executables, DLLs, OCX controls and screensavers, compiled to P-Code or to native code. It reads the binary, rebuilds forms, resources, modules and classes, and exports a project that can be reopened in the Visual Basic 6 IDE. It is also a compiled-UI editor: the interface of a compiled program can be modified directly, without the source, with no size limitation.
