TweakPS is a tool that will allow you to do things that you cannot currently do in Photo Story 3. I am providing this tool to the community not just because people have asked for it, but because I had the need for such a tool myself.
This tool gives you the ability to do the following things on your project file:
- Apply a duration on every frame in your project file (other than 5 seconds).
