This program allows the user to embed media files into the presentation. Since the media files are within the presentation, the user no longer has to worry about breaking links to the external video files when moving or copying the presentation. PowerPoint will play the files as it would normally do. OfficeOne ProTools Embed Media is not required for playing the video and audio files.
