Back up your important files and changes when the backup disk is connected. It is essential to note that the app should be used in addition to other backup solutions, such as Apple's Time Machine, to ensure optimum data safety. It is not meant for backing up the operating system or applications, only important data files.

Vom Entwickler:
Backup To Go lets you keep your important data with you. Don't leave the safety of your important files to chance. What if your Mac gets damaged, or stolen? Hard drives fail, even backup drives can fail, especially when needed most. Replacing a computer is one thing, but replacing your photos, projects, web layouts, thesis, book drafts, artwork, graphic designs, app ideas and many other kinds of irreplaceable files & data, can be impossible.
Falls Sie nach mehr Softwares suchen, können Sie sich u.a. über solche Programme wie Wii Backup Fusion, iPhone Backup Extractor oder Intego Backup Assistant informieren, die an Backup To Go ähnlich sein können.
